The bill sets the requirements for the registration of the issue prospectus and its alteration in case of public placement or private securities placement.
The bill supplements the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" with the ban on the alteration of the issue prospectus after the start of the securities placement.
Furthermore, it specifies the grounds for denying registration of a report on the results of the placement. Thus, the Commission denies registration of the report on the results of placement in the following cases: the document submitted for the registration of the report does not meet the requirements of the legislation; the order of decision-making on the results of the placement was violated; the capital issue is recognized as unfair.
